Privacy & Cookies
How the Fox Classics website handles enquiries and optional website measurement.
Who is responsible for your information?
Fox Classics is responsible for information collected through this website. Questions can be sent to workshop@fox-classics.co.uk or discussed by calling 07535 745012.
Enquiries
Our enquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not store the form contents. If you send the email, Fox Classics uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting customer relationship.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand visits, useful pages, approximate location, device and browser information, and how visitors found the website. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry contents to Google Analytics.
Analytics advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. If you reject optional cookies, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent from this website.
Cookies and your choice
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies beginning _ga to distinguish visits. Your choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Rejecting analytics also removes Fox Classics analytics cookies that the site can access.
Sharing and retention
Analytics data is processed by Google for Fox Classics under Google’s data-processing terms. Optional sharing with Google products, recommendations and promotional services is disabled. Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, customer service, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may ask Fox Classics for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold, or object to or restrict its use where applicable. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
